Serena Joseph, PA-C
Serena Joseph, PA-C grew up in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, where early exposure to the medical field through several family members in healthcare helped shape her interest in medicine. These experiences, along with a strong desire to build meaningful relationships with patients, confirmed her decision to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Texas A&M University before taking a gap year to work as a Medical Assistant for Dr. Bajaj. During this time, Serena gained valuable hands-on clinical experience and developed a strong interest in Endocrinology while caring for patients with complex, chronic conditions. This experience played a pivotal role in solidifying her passion for the specialty prior to entering PA school.
Serena went on to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, graduating with honors. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care with a focus on education, collaboration, and individualized treatment plans to help patients feel supported and empowered in managing their health.
Outside of work, Serena enjoys playing pickleball, spending time with her dog, traveling, and being with her family—most of whom reside in the DFW area.
